Elevating Mental Health through Storytelling

Documentary allows us to humanize complex systems of care. Through lived experience and collaboration, we create films that shift awareness, reduce stigma, and support implementation.

Human-Centered Documentary

Unlike traditional documentary studios, our work often lives inside research initiatives, clinical training pathways, and public health campaigns.

We are mindful that interviewees are often sharing vulnerable stories or educating on complex mental health topics. As peers, we coach and support participants throughout the production process, helping them feel grounded and confident in how they tell their story. We’ve been on both sides of the camera, so we understand the weight of what it means to share. And in the edit room, we are intentional about how words, tone, and context carry forward into the final cut.
